Trina is dedicated to curating design processes and planning methodologies. She excels in detailed design and construction budget management, specializing in luxury homes, multi-residential, and industrial building design. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, she drives architectural innovation, delivering projects on time and within budget. Trina's past experience as a Design Manager and in Project Value Management has given her the confidence to drive this company toward success.

Prior to establishing TNNT in 2022, Trina was a director at HTN Architecture, where she spent 7 years designing and managing some of HTN’s most complex architectural and urban projects in Vietnam. She also spent many years designing luxury homes and high-rise residential projects in association with Buckerfield Architects in Australia.

An unbridled passion for typology research has given rise to a number of innovative apartment and housing typologies. This passion, coupled with a firm commitment to architectural integrity, emphasizes contemporary sustainable communities and sets a benchmark for contemporary residential development.

Trina is a member of the Vietnam Association of Architects, the UIA, and ARCASIA.

After founding Buckerfiled Architects in 1990, Robert is now recognised as one of Victoria’s leading architects – known for his singular ability to combine high-level design with commercially viable outcomes.

Robert also is the Principal of TNNT, specialising in luxury homes, master planning projects. With over 35 years’ experience, Robert is involved in the design and delivery of major projects spanning mixed-use, commercial, retail, public and education. He has extensive experience in feasibility studies and urban design.

He has a personal interest in fusing the aesthetics of architecture with research into passive building technologies. Consequently, his design has spearheaded the architectural application of wind technologies that enable significant energy reductions and increased comfort for building occupants to be gained through design.

Robert has completed projects in Australia and internationally. His projects have won many awards, including the State Government winner of Bush Fire House, Home of the Year- HIA-CSR Victorian Housing Awards Winner 2022, Custom Built Home of the Year - HIA-CSR Victorian Housing Awards Winner 2022, Custom Built Home Over $3 Million - HIA-CSR Victorian Housing Awards Winner 2022.

Peter joined TNNT in 2022 as a Design Manager. His expertise in feasibility studies, planning, and conceptual modelling ensures rigorous exploration of a range of options and a deep appreciation of site conditions and opportunities.

Leading the design teams at TNNT, Peter’s leadership is defined by his emphasis on collaboration and innovation across all aspects and stages of a project. With a keen awareness of current design trends, Peter isn’t afraid to push boundaries to achieve the best results. He excels in designing both individual luxury homes and large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects

Peter prides himself on delivering excellent client service and contextually relevant projects with design integrity. By fostering long-lasting, positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultant teams, Peter ensures the design intent is realized to its fullest. His innate ability to interrogate a brief allows him to achieve the best outcomes for projects, balancing design excellence with commercial viability.
